As promised, the second cd devoted to the work of brilliant multi-instrumentalist Adrian Rollini takes the story on to 1938 and his last recordings as a bandleader. ( there were a few trio sides during the next year or so). Featured musicians include trumpeters Jonah Jones and Bobby Hackett and there is some previously unissued material here. Hackett's solo on take 1 of " Small fry" is a real gem and worth the price of the cd on it's own. Not to be missed.
